To new friendships and collaborations!

We had the pleasure of hosting the Mayor of Fukuoka and a delegation from Team Fukuoka in our M-DAQ HQ right here in Singapore! We discussed our shared commitment to progress and how we can work together to contribute solutions to the city of Fukuoka.

This visit was particularly special for us because one of our co-founders, Noboru Takahashi, is from Japan himself. Mayor Takashima, who is known to have a keen interest in start-ups, shared his plans to turn the city into an entrepreneurial and financial hub, and how global fintech companies like M-DAQ can contribute to foster the growth of Fukuoka.

Beyond that, we discussed ways to better understand the proactive nature of the city’s partnership between the public and private sectors.
